Curious what the sound is like on the Infiniti exhaust. Not looking for a "ricer" sound...no disrespect...Just a "little" more than stock. Thanks!!

 

If its the same exhaust as on the IPL (which I think it is) it is a deeper/ louder version of the stock sound. You hear it more constant at highway speeds and when cruising around town. It is just short of "drone" on the Auto.

 

Interesting. They have an IPL at the dealership. Can anyone verify that its the same? Thanks!

It is the same as the IPL exhaust...I work in sales at Infiniti...It has a little larger tips and is a little louder...

Not worth the $790 for a muffler.

 

I agree, for $300 more a Ark cat back can be yours

 

^ +1. I like the sound of the accersory exhaust and the fujitsobo optional jdm exhaust but its hard to justify the price for just a muffler.

 

I miss my G35 coupe stock exhaust..the new G37's exhaust are awful

 

For $10 more you can get an Invidia Gemini system........

Mine is in the garage awaiting some decent weather.

 

^ For 250 less you can get a Magnaflow. Those typically have always sounded good. I had one on my GTI and my G35. The G sounded awesome, and the GTI (1.8T) sounded great too. No drone on either one and sounded stock around town, but once you got on it you could definitely tell you had an exhaust.
