License Plate Plug

Got my new G37. There are two holes drilled in the front for the license plate. I know it's against the law but I've never been ticketed for it before. What is the best way to fill the holes. I got a black 2011 Coupe

I, myself, purchased OEM Touch-up Paint and some regular plugs from my local auto supply store. Others tend to buy them pre-painted at BumperPlugs.com

Do a search, there are a few threads on this. And yes, most go buy from Bumperplugs.com or get the cover from a home depot and paint them. Good luck.

+1 You can get the OEM touch up paint anywhere, but I got mine from infinitipartsusa.com for 9.99 the little hillman clip things are a couple of dollars and it's hard to mess up.

I went the home depot route. The plugs are like 40 cents and then you can just use touch paint.

If you do a google search for diy bumper plugs you'll find another forum that has step by step instructions along with the sku numbers for the parts at home depot which was really helpful.
