I just ordered the duckbill from Strafe. They sell the Fresh to def. Along with some other goodies I already have and more I ordered from them.... Ive got a little carbon and more coming!!!!
did they make duckbill trunks with the cutout for rear camera?
I asked Dustin from Strafe Automotive if they had duckbill trunks and they do. However, they don't have cut outs for the rear view camera, which is a shame. I believe I saw a post stating that 72% or so of all G37s sold had rear view cameras. In fact, as of 2011, they are standard. Someone please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

Yeah, you may be right that the new G's come standard with backup cams now. The cam can be modified to fit the duckbill but of course it all depends on your body guy. I decided to sacrifice my backup camera for this trunk lol. Let's see if I can live without it or not.

You can. You're driving a two door sports coupe, not an extended cab F350...
a old buddy of mine has a duckbill trunk that his body shop made a camera cut-out. Looks good. If you trust your body shop, just have them cut the hole for you.
right, but still nice to have it. I guess I can't win it all LOL.
... I know, man. I'm just jealous, I think, because I don't have one. I had an Overland Jeep Grand Cherokee with one and I relied on it too much. Turning my head became a chore. It was great.

I think i remember who he is. he's the guy who bought the hikkatodori bumper right. this trunk i have is made out of oem trunk and there's no way to access that area to cut out a camera hole

Last week I had the opportunity to drive a 1961 Chevy Impala. (The thing was a boat!) My buddy got a kick out of the difference in sizes between my wheel and the wheel on the Impala... I took a picture. (You can see my seats in the background.)
