LOL, you completely missed my point. A car that runs low 15's or even high 14's still performs exactly the same today as it did in 1990. So the only thing that changed is that cars in general have become faster. But so what? If you're not competing (racing) other cars on the road, who gives a crap?

Time to grow up and appreciate a car for what it is...not just by tenths of a second. I'll say it one final time--as long as a car has enough power and performance to be fun on any road, I'm a happy driver. If you, on the other hand, need a car that has to be faster than the other cars out there, you're in for a life of disappointment, as there will always be faster cars on the road.

Nothing else to say to you. Sorry, but you're not worth the time to type out any kind of serious response. Have a nice day.

Serious people wouldn’t post about A5 that it FEELS MORE IN POWER than G. It reminds me commercial type article that Hammer in certain conditions!!!! takes less gas than Smart LOL

I don't understand all the hostility. Dude got an Audi. He's driving it so everyone else's opinion is pretty much moot.

Maybe to you a stock fox mustang is still fun to drive with its 220 hp V8 and suspension from the stone age. Not to me. I would need at least 50 hp over stock to be consider it fun. Maybe if I haven't driven anything better but unfortunately I have.

Now it's you who is missing the point. The yardstick in 2011 is much bigger than in 1990. I don't expect my car to be faster than anything on the road. But god damn if I'm gonna spend $40k+ on a car I would not settle for something that has a little 4 banger pumping an anemic 211 hp. Not for 40 grand, no way in hell. I would certainly save the few thousand more for the high performance one.

Again you're happy with your A5 and that's great. Just don't expect everyone here to be impressed, even if it has much more torque than the G at low rpm's, because at the end of the day, it is still a 40k+ car with an underpowered engine.

1NEETO and Breitling, you've done nothing but rag on this dude and his car. We get it. 211hp is less than 330hp. You decided to spend your 40 grand on a car with 330hp, that's what matters to you and that's what makes you happy. Now stay out of the thread.

This is a G37 site and we are on the G37 coupe specific forum. There is a "other cars" forum so that makes this thread out of place and I'll poop on it whenever I feel like it.

In all honesty according to how old you are do you have any respect? We get it you don't agree but leave your 2 cents and stop. Its a bunch of nonsense with all your posting. I mean seriously this guy has been here since 2005. I'm pretty sure he knows what's going on and decided to go another route with his choice in cars and is enjoying it. Seems like your more immature than knowledgeable.

You're right I know nothing about cars and his 211 hp A5 is complete awesomeness and a huge upgrade from his G.

Seriously, some of you need to stop taking the Internet so seriously.

yet you type this? Seems you just like to try to get the last word even when you know you are wrong and have traded down to a lesser car. Must have scared you with the extra power the G has. I say next get the leaf I hear it can get up to 95mi/hr.
