I got my tanabes for 500 on CL, looked brand new and still do a year later (a reason to like AZ). I will probably end up doing the mid and Y next, but I wanted to get the R2C first. I just installed those a few weeks ago (270 shipped on this site private classifieds). I'm always buying used stuff, because in 3 years when I sell it all I should come out close to even if I keep it in good condition. When I sold my intake and exhaust for my Solara I actually made money on the deal after 4 years.

I could do a soundclip, but I don't think it would do justice. The cold start in the garage sounds absolutely ridiculous (good).

Tanabe prices have been going down, which is great! You can get the Y and Mid for about 400 each now shipped. A couple months ago they were going up, its all supply and demand shiet

Tanabe is Better

First off Tanabe is way better! And made in Japan!
The axleback is polished aluminum canisters and looks better from the rear than Fast Intentions since FI sits too low. It amplifies G note and gives it an incredible sound. Also the tips are awesome!

Also Tanabe is loud if you have hi-flow cats and very loud with the full tanabe medalion exhaust, so loud i wont get headers now.

See my youtube channel videos for sound and looks https://m.youtube.com/channel/UC5MGtZgc4CMx_9oVGEMrVlA
