Hey all. When I decided to buy the coupe I was worried that my hockey bag wouldn't fit. It didn't deter me from getting the car, but I thought I was just going to have to figure it out. Smaller bag? Less equipment? Something would have to give.

Well, for anyone else concerned about this, I can confirm that this is a non-issue. A hockey bag fits perfectly in the trunk of the coupe. I have a full-sized Easton hockey bag, with wheels and a skate compartment at each end. The wheel end goes in first, and when that's shoved in all the way, the other end of the bag drops down into the trunk. The lid closes perfectly tight to the top of the bag. Taking the bag out is just the reverse.

Sticks go between the front seats, and I'm golden.

I thought I was buying a totally impractical car. Turns out it was designed for what I need it to do!

Yea found this out this weekend also. Had select try outs and need to put water bottles and pucks in the back also.. Stick went inside with me,

 

My bag barely fits. It's a single compartment bag and so depending on how my equipment decides to sit in the bag it might fit it might not

 

Squeezing a set of pads in there with the bag is not quite so easy...

 

yeah im a goalie too, bag goes in the back, pads go on the folded down rear seat

 

Honestly, the sticks are the hardest part. Trying to squeeze them in the side beside the seat without marking up the headliner with the tape is a real project...

 

Nice, you all play hockey. All from Mass.i see You guys have some pretty good teams out there. When I was younger we played a team from Mass, up in the Silver Stick tourney in Canada. Im from Minnesota by the way. IN Texas now and not much hockey here.

lol the tape should go towards the floor. i put my sticks in the passenger side, with the blades on the floor and the sticks resting on the passenger seat and they fit just fine

 

I know I am in South Tex now and theres nothin, oh well
