Smoke Visors - Where they at???

I am not for sure how many of you know, but the concept of our doors without a full pillar over the windows makes it hard to attach any type of smoke visor to our doors to prevent any water getting in. The same goes for a Nissan 240sx.

I fell in love with this car because of that design. I think the door is overly large and gotty with the pilar or a full framed door and I hate that concept, plus I always some how manage to hit my head on the combination roof/door.

So, I am searching for some smoke visors. One, because when I have my window cracked, and I turn my wipers on, water rolls right on in on the driver side. I am sure many of you hate this. And two, because I am tired of getting wet when trying to smoke a ciggerette in the rain.

I am sure many of you do not agree with its main purpose, but will continue to see these applied to many newer vehicles for 'looks'.

So If you take a look at this 240sx and its driver/passenger window visors, you will see what I mean.

Totes need a pair, asap.

Im pretty sure they are unavailable for any car that has auto- windows since there is no door frame to mount them in

See, this right here is what makes me hate this forum sometimes. FukinG37S has a real question that he would like to get help with. He is not asking for your opinion on whether he should smoke or not and he is not asking for your opinion on whether you like the smoke visors or not.

If you don’t know where he can get Smoke Visors then don’t post.

Yeah, because in every other forum out there, people keep their opinions to themselves.

if you do get visors, look for the flush ones that do not bulge out from the car. I have seen them before but do not remember the brand.

They look sleeker than those bulging ugly ones.

Have you tried dip? It is becoming more popular than smoking due to laws and restrictions in work and in public.

back to topic....

OP.... that only type of visors I've ever seen for our cars are the moonroof visors.

Those on the 240 looks pretty flushed and clean. Not that I'd put them on but would be nice if it was available.

Have you tried finding the measurements for the 240 ones to see how close they are to our cars. They just might be compatable

I can get them for you but they're special order from Japan only, shipping is what KILLS it. I'm ordering a few things from there so if you want to split shipping, let me know.
