wiper streaks

So i just bought a refill for my wiper blade but i can still see streaks, esspecially in the middle of the driver's view. So could it be just the bad fills or could the whole arm is lose?

When I first replaced my blades they were perfect, then a month later the streaks came back, but haven't bothered to try to get rid of them again. Try remounting the blades and cleaning the window though. Which blades did you get, btw?

Search the net there's serveral recomendations on how to address this. Better quality wipers, fixing the springs, rain-x, cleaning.. one of these will get it.

I bought my refill from the dealer. So I called them and they say could be a bad wiper arm. They say only 20 bucks to replace. Can't be a bad refill right? However it does rain A LOT in the northwest.

Problem solved, bought rain-x wipers at Wal-Mart. Smooth wiping now.
