Man, that is one helluva sleeper. I'm jealous, down right jealous Oh yea, and +1 for CV1's. The wheels are just sick and people ask me about them a few times a week around here. I'm the only G in the area with them, so they aren't played out here

So it sounds like you bought this car off of the original owner who had this car turboed. How much did you pay for it?

wow, awesome car.... are you still on stock suspension?

To me it seems like with all that power you would want coilovers or at least springs to maintain better control of that beast

and +1 for vids!!!

WOW! It's all anyone really needs to say.

Don't trick it too much on the outside. The inside is so sick it's unimaginable.

BTW - coils over springs for sure. You'll need to tie that baby down going around corners.

That might be their way of saying never, cause they've already said they can't do a twin turbo in the X models. They THINK they can modify their rotrex supercharger to work though.

Nice build, well done. I'm not sure where you are getting 580whp = 670 crank though. You should only be losing around 40hp on a manual transmission, 60 max if it was horribly inefficient. You should be around 620 at the crank. Still an awesome number.

I think the average of averages for drive train loss on a stick shift is about 15% hp loss between flywheel and rear wheels, which if we go by that model I think that puts the engine at 690hp. 10% loss would be 650hp. Soo split the difference come up with 670hp. - someone check my math I suck at math.

thanks

The sway bars already have made a HUGE improvement over the stock G37's that I have already driven. I don't want any more racy in the suspension than it is already. I know it needs 4 wheel balance/alignment and will see how the car feels/drives after that happens, and spending a few more weeks me getting used to the handling and power.

On the outside I would like one of those black lips. and read mud flaps, and some rims looking at the 83s lately - look a little more aggressive than the v1s

I play it pretty close to the vest when it comes to financials, but I felt like a got a pretty fair deal. Sorry that does not answer your question.
