AIT TS or Autokits X ?
Dam I just call it ait lip, but the lip costs about 300 and the bumper costs about 260 (that's what I was quoted) but the bumper has fitment issues, takes weeks to get properly on but once it is it looks good
Obviously I'm biased...but for what it's worth, what i like about the Autokits X front lip is the fitment, customer service, and quality of it, and all the rest of their products! My G is my daily driver. And the Autokits lip doesn't scrape at all. Can't go wrong with Autokits, especially if molded on! Good luck.
biased here too, but autox FTW lol. I would not be able to get down the ramp into my own garage with my 2" drop and a molded TS lip. It just kisses the ground/grinds each time now as it is.
I've had Both lips and AK I's very subtle simple and clean and looks great dropped! AIT looks aggressive and the look I's just so awesome w the G like it belongs w the car ! I don't care to be slammed so if I had to slightly raise like I have b4 I would rock AIT cause even though you raise your car the front end makes u look slammed. Hard decision and after selling my TS-P molded bumper I'm back to stock and currently deciding on these 2 lips ! Seriously I'm torn but I gotta say I freakin love AIT look....
Maybe AK should release a V2 lip w a more aggressive front ???

As for people copying our lighting modification "names/terms", it's perfectly legal because we don't own the rights to "Iron-Man" or "Demon Eye", but it's kinda low when you end up copying a name of a LED mod from another company that offers the same service because you couldn't come up with a clever name on your own. It's unfortunate some don't even consider being original.
Molding a Poly involves fusors, where a FG lip involves...well, glass & the correct prepping like drilling holes and possibly even screwing it together. Almost almost type of resin will stick to glass if you prep it correctly.
There is also an advantage with glass in climate change. Poly expands and shrinks when its Warm and Cold which can results in cracking, especially around the molded/fused section. Glass does not result in this.
So yes, the AIT "top secret" front lip CAN indeed be molded.
This is 100% not true. You do not need a Poly lip to mold? Molding a poly lip is even harder then molding a FG lip.

I have had both FG molded and poly molded and have had better results with the poly molded, so take this for what it's worth. if you are low and worried about scraping (and are molded) I personally think poly is better
^Thanks for the useful info 1cleanG.. I think I'll just get the AIT TS lip and mold it to my sports bumper. VossenG37S said AIT TS will look slammed with the stock height so its perfect for me since I'm not planing to lower it just yet.
Thanks
