Lets hope he didnt dupe the ins company because now he has posted pics of the car and said what happened. If someone rats him out thats fraud and off to jail he goes...Seen it happened a couple times from track wrecks the owners end up in jail 6 months later after its settled...

Stupidity or carelessness or traffic violation like speeding has nothing to do with weather an insurance company pays a claim or not.

I didn't dupe the insurance company. That's not my job. It's my lawyer's job

Ok. A dragstrip or racetrack accident is not covered under insurance. Good luck if this was the case. Insurance companies do have investigators on YouTube and many car forums.

Just for the record. Insurance company wasn't scammed on this. And it did happened on the track and they were aware of it. There are some minor detail that I couldn't discuss publicly.
I'm just pointing out that I came out in one piece and that our car saved my life.

I was told that it is a test track. A place to measure a cars capability in a controlled manner. There's is no price awarded after each test so there's is no race. Equipment like tires installed are for daily use. And nothing were installed solely for track use. No tickets were issued so nothing illegal was done. In no way close I put anybodys life in danger.

There is a fine clause. Under Print. Here in US tracking your car on a weekend is not considered illegal. Actually safer than Canyon runs. Which are covered by your insurance. So I have seen fine prints which state. As long as you are not on actual racing event such as for money or trophy, or actual race like 25 hours Enduro. Coverage will be provided. However aftermath can be costly, when you try to get insurance a year later.

Glad you made it alive.

Glad you made it. You are good at the track and you are even better at reasoning.

Forgive me for stating the obvious, damage is determine by so many factors, like speed, stationary or moving objects, impact angles etc... I always wonder how they determine at accident scenes, what actually went down... Glad your ok and the G did its job (crumple zone) Oh, and your secret is safe with me....
