Second dead battery 9 months

Had a dead battery three months after I bought the car new, dealer replaced battery with larger one and replaced some valve. Last week it has had week starts and now this morning dead.
I have had the car one year and will have to replace the battery twice within a nine month period. Car is 2009, 13,500 miles. Not very encouraging for a new car. MY FX35 went five years on the same battery. Seriously considering buying another car this weekend not an Infiniti, this is my last one.
Just venting, love the car but I need something that will not leave me stranded.

There is recall on that I think.

Call Infiniti Consumer Affairs. Infiniti USA - Contact Us

Tell them the dealer has not been able to fix the issue and your very upset. They will send someone to the dealer to see why they are not able to fix the issue.

Call your dealer and tell the GSM that you called Infiniti Consumer Affairs and trust me they will be jumping out of there seats to make sure the issue is fixed.

Just called Infiniti of Tustin and they said bring it in and they will check battery and replace if deemed necessary. Of course when I get there it will check out fine.
Same old story I have read dozens of time on this board.
