I want to buy a slightly used G37

My budget is $32,000. I was thinking about the accord coupe V6 which is new fully loaded for $30,000. I was also considered the new mustang GT which is also new $30,000 not loaded. I'm leaning towards the g37. Would i be able to get lets say a 2009 G37 with like 7000 miles on it for $32,000? Is there anything i should look out for? thx in advance

I bought my '09 (fully loaded, except tech package) back in August for 33,000 with 14k miles so its very feasible now that you could find one for that.

@da_mayor ok let me get back to you because i'm actually taking my first stick shift lesson today. I'll need 3 or 4 lessons before i buy the 6mt. I want the 6mt not AT. There's a lesson today and then the driving school will be closed for the holidays so it'll have to be in 2 or 3 months. i understand if you can't wait and if he sells the car then it'll be my lose. thanks for the offer though and i'll definetly get back to you

i was in a friends 09 ex accord sedan and was unimpressed with the interior. it felt alot cheaper than the infiniti's. the accord is 10k less than g37x so maybe thats why.

Yep, there is a huge reliability difference in those 2 cars. G37 is a very reliable car.

The interior quality doesn't even compare one bit lol
The Mustang is built to be a muscle car where all the money went into the engine, so you get crap interior.
The G37 is a luxury sport car that are built to compete with BMW. The idea of the car is to be both sporty and comfort. Which means it has amazing interior quality.

Haha of course the interior isn't any good with the accord. The Honda accord is suppose to be a cheap car for people that couldn't(or don't want to) afford anything better(no offense)

You think the G37 is more reliable than a Honda Accord coupe (the OP said he's considering one)? LOL, that's doubtful. And even the new Mustangs have proven to be very reliable so far... I'm not saying the G37 isn't reliable, but for you to say there's a huge reliability difference, well, where are you getting your information???

Have you even been inside a new Mustang? They revamped the interior starting with the 2010 models. It's easily up to the quality of my 2010 G37 coupe interior.

Yes, interior quality, overall American car quality. I know I'll get flammed but for my very hard earned money I still believe Japanese cars have better life expectendancy than American made.I just read an article this past weekend in the paper about the 2011 mustang and they were ranting about the new V6 .... 300hp and 0-60 in a little less than 6 seconds. Numbers that don't live up to the G. Now the new 5.0L V8 has over 400hp but that is on the new 2011 and a big V8. They made comments that the old v8 barely had more HP than the new v6. Plus Mustangs are a dime a dozen, cheap interiors, I'm sure the G can out handle it. Now I DO like the Camero styling but would still buy the G.

Before you think about flaming me ... these are mostly opinions, mine and I also have LOVED the G ever since it came out.

Not according to a review I just read this past weekend (talking about the 2011) They still said the interior was cheap.

Where's the review? The reviews I've seen say the interior is a huge step up from the 2009 models. But either way, look at it yourself before you bash it. It's definitely up to par in materials and fit & finish with the G37. It might not be as nice as an Audi interior, but either is the G37 for that matter!

Sunday news paper ... AP article. No, I won't take a look because a mustang is WAY at the bottom of my list of cars I would ever consider.
