I'm ready to tint my G.. I've seen good things about Car Optics on here but a friend who has a G took his to a place calledCar Pretty Window Tinting - Philadelphia's #1 Automotive Window Tinting Specialists They quoted me $160.. they offer a lifetime warranty.. Seems like most Tint shops are.. anyway

His work looks good... I've been in his car once, see it on the parking lot at work all the time.. no peeling etc..

Car Optics quoted $180...

I'm new to this tinting stuff.. every car I've owned I rode around "fish bowl" style lol..

Anyone with experience with tint or one of these shops please help

I went to car optics, it took them about 40-45 minutes to tint the car. They really do a great job there. I went with 20% but really could've gone with 15%. I highly recommend them.

 

Did my car at car optics, no complaints thus far. It has been a year already.

 

hey man i've heard mixed reviews about car pretty but i found another place thats like 5 minutes down the road called shades of gray that has all 5 star reviews. that's where i took my car and they did my install for ~160 @ 30%.

i would HIGHLY recommend these guys but check reviews on yelp or some other site like that before you make your decision. i personally would not go to car pretty though
