Traded in the G Today
I was at Nissan this past weekend looking at cars for my girl. I really haven't been up close and personal with the new Z until then. That thing is beautiful. Aggressive lines, and super wide from the rear. Love that.
the black paint hasn't been a hassle for me so far. it is garage kept and i do wash it religiously every weekend and wax it every 2 weeks. lol
my girlfriend bought me stance coilovers for my bday and it's slammed already. i dropped it about 2" and will be going lower once i get the wheels. i also painted the calipers matte brembo gold. the wheels should be arriving next week. they're a custom set of 3 piece wheels with very aggressive offsets. 20x10 front +10 and 20x12 rear +0 with a 6.5" rear lip lol.

I own a G37s 08, test drove the new 370z and was immediately sold. But after going back to the G, turned off VDC, and man handled it I quickly realized that the G is a way better driving experience. The G was luxury compared to the 370 yet felt more aggressive when I ask for it. The 370 only feels one way at all times while the G if you feel like relaxing it feels line an M but if you feel mean it feels like the Lambo.
Anyone think about going from G to 370 drive these cars back to back whatever impressed you with the 370 the G will give you more, guaranteed.

Any plans to supercharge or turbo? If I was buying instead of leasing, that would be an exciting option. A Z with 400hp at the wheels would be a ton of fun.
Just curious.

The G was a great car and I loved it but problems weren't due to Infiniti itself. I needed a new exhaust from scraping everything I bent the crap out of it. That was $1000, I needed a repaint on the front bumper $400, new rotors and pads $600, some dents removed $500, and a new steering wheel bc I cracked it. The car was great and everything but it needed work and for that I just got a new car. The Z is a beast compared to the G and I don't regret it. They're two completely different cars and I love them both I just love the new Z and I've always wanted one. Also, not many ppl have them around here and G37's r a dime a dozen. Wait til u guys see my Z in a couple of months.
