Does anyone know if this comes painted ? or do you need to have it painted once delivered ?

I really want this kit , but I just left the dealer and he said I could get it for 50 grand cash out the door .


Any idea's ?

 

if you order it WITH the G then it will come installed/painted/etc but if you are just buying it for a car you already have then it should still come painted, obviously you'd have to have it installed

wasn't sure if when you said 50 grand you meant the G+aero package or if you meant to type 5 grand and only the aero package

 

I found a 2009 Silver for under 40 grand , 3000 miles .. I'd like to save 10 grand and ad the kit to that car .

Otherwise I need to spend 50 grand and buy a brand new 2010 with the kit factory.

 

it comes painted and they use the scratch shield clear coat paint technology on the front bumper of it from the OEM aero kit which is front bumper, 2 side sills, rear bumper, rear spoiler, and midnight black grille

 

So can you have the aero package and rear splash guards? I know you can not order them together but can it be done at dealer? Or do the side sills overlap where the rear splash guards should be ?

 

I thought shops paint across body sections to make sure it blends - how does that work with the bumper? Has anyone purchased parts of the aero kit for a 2009 coupe?

 

no splash guards do not fit w/ the aerodynamic side sills or the rear bumper.

 

I went to the dealership today. They told me I could not get the aero package on my 2010 g37x coupe because it would not fit.

I'm bummed.

 

what do you mean it fits on all coupes w/o technolog package b/c of the ICC radar

 

That is what I told him. Because that is how it is laid out on the main Infiniti site. But he said it only fits on the S coupes. Maybe I should try another dealer.

 

i would try another dealer sounds like BS to me
