Worst luck with vendors

I ordered my camber kit from import drag last Monday. When I ordered I was told it would be about 7 days for me to receive it. They have great prices! But horrible customer service. Very hard to get ahold of and when I called to inquire about my camber kits today, (finally got thru) he told me we r busy unloading. Send an email I'm not near a comp. Hah it's been almost 2 weeks, and no parts, no tracking number and my tires r wearing really nice! This is just an FYI, cheap prices=not great customer service. I would have gone local And spent the xtra 40 bucks if I knew this would happen.

wow thats bad, If you paid through credit card I would dispute that charge and order somewhere locally. If you pay cash, most places will match vendors on forums.

looks like you have the prokit though, are you sure you need a camber kit? My alignment place was able to get it within spec since prokit is very mild drop

I didn't need the back but the front needed it for sure. Guy at shop said there was no way so maybe next yr when I save my cash up I will get coil overs and be ready for them!

+1 I got the kit for the rear and am VERY slightly off in the front with my eibach's.. (-1.3R - -1.3L) Toe perfectly within spec front and rear..

You should try out a different alignment place..

I can't seem to open the PDF but i can tell you my numbers were WAYYYYY off when i went in to get it aligned. Everything was off, toe camber etc..

A good alignment shop should be able to bring you "close enough" to spec with just an eibach drop..

ortizstephen, my camber sheet looks different from yours. My rear camber is at 1.3 and 1.4.

Where are you located? maybe someone can direct you to a good alignment shop

The rule of thumb is ALWAYS buy at cost...you pay in service. I always try to go local and pay a little more but have a person to punch in the gut if they screw me.

I know that i shoulda done other stuff. I know now that Import Drag Is a big NO NO! Hopefully it will get around the community. I did go back and forth in emails with them (its the only way he would talk to me) and he finally just issued a refund. Kinda weird cuz he said the backs will be here tomorro and the fronts on tuesday. Doesnt make sense but if it doesnt get refunded I will get American Express to fix the issue!
