New Grubbs Spoiler AVAILABLE

Ok people. I decided to make a new thread because the other was full of clutter. The new Grubbs v3 spoiler is now avialable for those without a rear back up camera. (For those with, something is in the works)

It comes with the options of either with or without the 3rd brake light. All come prepainted and ready to mount as well.

They are currently being put on the website today. Price for members will be 299.00. (plus shipping) The price will go back up to 350.00 (he did not give me an exact date).

Here is the link to order. Should be listed today.
Infiniti OEM Parts Cheap & Nissan Factory Dealer Parts

Here are acouple pics with and without the 3rd brake light.

yeb...thinking the same thing here.

I hope some of those dealers get the idea to use those old grille, repaint it in black (or whatever color) and sell it at a reasonable price...$100?

It is a different option.

How does a black grill related to a spoiler at all? Plus no one will ever sell a black painted grill for 100. The paint itself will cost more than 100 plus the grill sells for 200.

Mine (the red car) is the prototype. The ones in the first two pics are the actual production models.

I would remove the prototype pics then...

Can you post pics of the OEM one to see the difference?

...nothing at all.

I just put it out there in case some dealers want to make money by doing that. I don't know what the dealers do w/ those old grille that were replaced under the warranty. Instead of paying someone to throw them away, they can just repaint and sell them. I think it probably costs them $10 to repaint that thing (+ minimal labor w/ their own employees).

I am still scratching my head here.
1. Dealers cannot resell defective componets that were replaced due to warranty. If something needs to be replaced, it is obviously defective.

2. Why would a grill ever have to be relaced due to warranty?

3. You cannot even rattle can a grill for 10 dollars. Materials alone would be around 30 dollars for a professional job plus labor to stand, primer, paint, clear, polish.

4. How much money do you think a dealer can make if selling them for 100 dollars? Even if they hired illegal immigrants, it would still cost around 60 dollars.

I've seen the first picture before. It is the Grubbs V1 spoiler. Weird that they would give you that picture.

VONYC has it, maybe he can chime in.
