Yay, almost have my car.

Looks like I go in Monday for sure to get my car. They are sending a driver to Seattle (they didn't have a blue slate G37x coupe locally) to get it, so it will have a couple hundred miles on it from that..but I was almost ready to drive to Seattle with my trade in and drive the car back, so same difference pretty much.

SO..unless something goes pear shaped Monday when signing the papers, I have it. (or unless the guy wrecks the car coming to my area from Seattle..um..we'll assume he won't. )

ADDENDUM: Looks like mine has the premium package, and the granite interior for the seats, the normal aluminum trim. And again blue slate exterior. No other options, which is fine. My hearing is bad so not worried about anything other then the stock stereo, nav system is neither here nor there for me, and so forth.

Will do! Well, might be a few days afterwards, but I'll post ASAP and probably post a "I GOT THE CAR" post the night I get it also. Pics will be after a few days though.

I considered asking for that, but I think all will be well, if they do something like balk on what I'm asking for my trade I'll use that they didn't flatbed it for leverage.

Well, now to wait until Monday! Anyone got a way to hibernate for the weekend, the waiting will kill me.

i could've just drop shipped a car to your house for you. I did that for Crazy Ruskie out to Seattle from NY....worked like a charm.

I'll remember that next time.

I also have a trade in. Yes, I know I could probably get a couple thousand more selling it myself, but anyway that (I'd assume) makes it a tiny bit more cumbersome to buy from a dealer outside of my area or at least one I'm willing drive to over a weekend.

Anyway, still can't wait for Monday.

Well, I know people are just commenting, but if I'm fine with the deal does it matter? I had a long line of points as to why it shouldn't, but I figured what it really boils down to is I'm fine with it. I guess if someone else mentions it I could then post my list of why I'm fine with it.

So...with all due respect, since I'm fine with it, don't worry about it folks.

Oh, hope my posts haven't been confusing, I'm 300 miles east of you. My car is being shipped from Infiniti of Kirkland to over here. But, I used to live in Bellevue, Wa a somewhat long while ago, so I at least know Seattle..or at least used to.

But thanks for the welcome! I guess within 300 miles is semi-local.

Welcome and Congrats and the almost completed purchase. Blue Slate is most likely I would go with if IP was not available.

Well, they took all the offers. I'm looking at the stack of paperwork now.

Wendle Infiniti in Spokane will call me when they have my G37 at their site, and have finished the detailing. They estimate around 1PM my time. SO...less then 24 hours away from picking up my car. Go me.
