No holes are cut at all. It is up to your body guy to cut the holes to ensure proper fitment.

One thing though, this bumper is heavy as shit. Seriously like 40 lbs.

I just happen to own a Micrometer. It is 0.114 inches thick.

Put it on my digital scale as well. It weighs 15.2 lbs. Still alot heavier than the OEM bumper.

Hmm mine was lighter than oem so I'm guessing they beef up the production up. It's also black instead of white now

I know you got your ionic grille but if you ever wanna go back to stock and you cut that bar off, your focked so dont do it. And just a word of warning, that AIT kit is infamous for its fitment issues, so when Ionics molded their grille they molded it using an oem bumper just like autokits did, but now your gonna be putting that same grille on a non oem piece so just a heads up to your body guy. Mount the grille before you paint incase you need to fix the bumper.

Im not bashing Ionics just giving you the heads up bc the autokits grille would have the same problem too with that bumper.

Good luck

If I ever wanna go back to stock, I will be putting the stock bumper back as well. I have heard about AIT fitment but my body guy is really good.

If the OEM grill fits in the AIT bumper, then I know the Ionic will. Either way I am dropping it all off with him and will let him work his magic.
