GoshDarn Deers!! Made me total My G

So i was on parkway last night (in jersey) im less than half a mile, this little f***ing deer jumped acrossed the rail and skipped acrossed the damn road like nothing happened . when i pressed the brakes just a lil and turn the wheel enough to avoid it. then the disaster began, my car were sliding and i was trying not to crash in the pouring rain. uhh talking about this get me mad n sad. long story short i went into a 180 hit my whole front into the steel divider and then my back slammed into it too. finally i made a 360 on a raining night on the garden stay parkway i just put some chrome grills in and a ps3 with two visor tvs last month, o yea and my brand new ijen cai is smashed in, so my luck is great. i have some pictures and video of the car below:

(im tryna get this car totaled so i get a new car from the insurance company, and another thing im pissed for is that i got this car fully loaded it have everything 4was, Intelligent cruise control the worst part is i paid the WHOLE thing off when i bought it in 2007(nov) there goes 45000 not counting the taxes)

Ouch!! Looking at that just hurts.. Good luck getting her totaled and glad you're safe

We used to have similar issues with camels in Dubai but they fenced the whole highway now thank God.

Never, ever, 'swerve' to miss an animal. Full braking (ABS engaged), once slowed, if time allows, steer around the animal. I see wrecked cars in NJ all the time 'the deer jumped out and I swerved and hit a tree'. A deer wil do far less damage than a tree or guardrail or another car...

^^+1 its tough and your natural reaction is to try to avoid it but this is usually what happens when you do. I did hit a deer in my girlfriends car several years ago and it broke the headlight and grille but thats it.

Next time, run over the deer and hunt his mother down. Straight up Bambi status.

Sorry to hear about your car tho bro.

Car vs Deer = Car FTW

Car vs Rain + Swerve + Highway Speeds =

Hmm, how fast were you driving? Don't answer that.
Deer was probably drawn into your bi xenon headlight
Is this covered by comprehensive or collision by insurance?

I would never swerve to miss an animal. Just like golf *****, don't spend more than a few minutes looking for them. They make too many everyday to waste my time with that or I just buy a ball that I can afford to loose.

I hit a deer when I was younger and I tried to swerve. Swerved right into where it was running and CONTACT. I spun around, hit both gardrails and a tree. Totaled the car. Could have hot an oncoming car head-on. The next time I just broke hard and they continued to run and I missed them. I would never risk a head-on or anything like that for an animal. I love animals, but I would never put my life below thiers. Cars can be repaired and replaced, but if you get damaged in the process, that's never good. Just brake and hope for the best. Straight braking with ABS is better than swerving all over the road and killing yourself.

Glad your ok.
