I regularly drive a G37 S Coupe and G37xS Sedan in the winter and they're both fine. They both have 18" Blizzaks on them which helps a lot. The coupe is undriveable in the snow with its summer tires but the sedan can manage fine with its all seasons. The sedan is a bit easier to drive in deep snow since it has more ground clearance and the AWD helps too. However, with the proper winter tires, either set up is fine with me.
