Look what happens to a lot of dealers these days! Is there a real need to have dealers? Can they just have a central store to each big city (or decent size)? Wasn't that the case at the beginning in US with selling the cars, meaning NO dealers?

It doesnt even take 30 seconds. When I had to do it i just rolled the windows down then all the way up and held for 10 seconds and it was fixed.

Solid initial letter. Cheers. Those money hungry bastads - the response was BS but at least you stood up for what all of us feel.

Wait how is your G37's windows out of warranty in any fashion? - None of us have 60k miles or have owned for 5 years or w/e. Though stealerships are crooked, I am pretty sure that MOST stealerships would have performed this or told you how to reset it for free. This was a major crap out on Supersition Springs (interesting name) Infiniti's part.

I fully support your letter and do somewhat laugh at the reply, however, what were we all expecting Infiniti to do about this?

this whole thing could have been solved by them telling you how to do it through the phone. 1 min for instructions max...... stubborn ppl at the dealership

So yesterday i received a phone call from Infiniti Consumer Affairs. The chick left me a message telling me to get back to her at my earliest connivence. I will let you guys know more once i get chance to talk to her. For now it's just nice to know that the email was really read and that im not just getting an auto reply out of it.
