the only downside about the accord is it's fwd like stopthexcuses said....but another problem is that the car can't handle worth crap...the engine is too heavy....the handling is a lot better on the I4....

but i think the Accord V6 6mt would give the G-5AT a good run for it's money...especially if the accord is chipped and some basic bolt-on's...but the accord definitely needs a suspension overhaul or else it'll flip over once u hit the first corner..haha
