Man I'm so mad that the lady hasn't put submitted a statement in yet. =(.

 

Now I'm wondering, since you put the claim in with your insurance, won't your insurance go up? I would have waited for her company to take care of it and leave your's completely out of it to avoid any red tape.

Yeah, what's to stop her from NOT filing anything now, especially since the Cop didn't have you file an accident report...

 

i just went through a similar experience and it took 3 weeks but her insurance came through and now my car is being fixed with nothing out of my pocket.. it shoudl be ready tomorrow.. god i hope so, im in an HHR rental car(paid by her insurance)...ARGHHHHHHHHHhh

Well I had my insurance pay it because I said I wanted it fixed quick. Then they said she didn't file a claim with her insurance yet but since I already made the claim the insurance is talking to her insurance right now to get their money back and as soon as that happens I get my 250 back =).

 

hell yea. u better get that cheese back. especially since it wasnt ur fault. No matter what i hate insurance companys. They all suck. Even if they are on ur side.

 

I agree. My last insurance company (farmers insurance) was even worse.
