On the replica Gialla, how are you going to make the corners (that it doesn't have) fit on the car? I personally don't like the center horizontal bar on the Stillen.

Did you consider just having your stock grille painted gloss black?

The gialla one doesn't look like it would work with the rest of the bumper. There isn't a similar mesh anywhere in the front bumper unless you go so far as to swap out the OEM grills in the lower portion to match.

It really comes down to personal preference. I went with the Stillen Grille. Here it is on my IP. Hope this helps you.

If I were choosing between the two, yes. I'd still go painted OEM over either, but you already said you wanted something different so I understand that. Good luck. If you get that grille, post up photos of what it look like before and after you get it fitted on the car. I don't care for the style of the Stillen, but at least we know it will fit like it's supposed to.

Out of those 2, I'd go with the Gialla... Only because the Stillen looks a tad too "cheap-looking" for my taste and it's double the price ... It's a nice piece tho...
