Washi Trim Above the Glove Box

Anyone know what it takes to remove that curved piece of washi trim above the glove compartment? I got a dent in mine so I want to take it out and see if I can straighten it. A new one costs just under $300!

I think someone on here has the instructions. I've been looking for instructions to remove all the trim.
