I bought a replica for my G35 C. It fit perfect and the paint matched perfect. It was fine for 2 years until I sold the car.
Since this is a lip I seriously doubt that you would have problems with sagging in the middle.
With regard to painting- as long as they have the right paint code it would be dificult to be "100% off"... maybe 5% but probably not too noticeable depending on the color choice.

Be careful! I love the spoiler look so I bought my car w/one. I have done the ebay ones in past w/mixed results. I got one for an IS300 in metallic Pearl White and it looked ok paint wise, good fit and finish...but the 3rd brake light leaked so it shorted out...what a mess...and I also did one for my nonmetallic White Mustang GT...you could tell it didn't match. No fault to the place, job was excellent...just hard to match based on codes.

If anything, w/our paint, I'd recommend buying an unpainted one and take it to a reputable shop to match and perhaps install. Just my .02. Cheers

Yeah, post back any issues on fitment and color matching. Let us know what kind of material used on it. Let me know the weight of it.

i just recieved one of the replica's from ebay, it looks okay to me, didnt fit it on as yet...too cold. Paint's fine, Comes with screws and all. going to post a picture up + the length of it, maybe someone can take a measurement of there OEM one to see if its exact. Its very light by the way.

the brake light cut out is a bit off look at both ends, wing is about 47 or 48 inches from tip to tip

edit: fitted the brake light up, fits perfectly, had to shave the camera hole a bit because one end was a straight cut and one end had a non straight cut, like it was not fully cut down.
