I don't believe there is any way to change it, until something like UPREV is available for the Gen III Nissan ECU's.

 

The better suspension does help put more power to the ground.

 

Actually, I know with some cars the softer suspensions are faster. The bmw 335i non-sport runs a better 1/4 than the sport package because the softer springs allow it to get more "squat" and thus put more weight on the back tires. More weight on the back tires = more grip = faster 1/4 times.

Stiffer suspension doesn't make a car quicker in a straight line.

 

^^Um actually it does but only to a certain point. Too stiff with too much power equals lots of tire spin. Too soft and you get a squat and loose power. Its a fine line and all depends on your power and tires.
