make Cobb AP your last mod if you're getting it for performance purpose (which is clear since you got borlas on)
FI HFC's FTW.. did you consider test pipes?

nope, im not real familiar with what does what and what is the best setup, it seems most on here have an exhaust, HFC's and intakes. Im not looking for an insanely loud car but id like some extra power. Are test pipes an alternative to HFC's or just another thing you can add ?

HFC's and Test pipes are interchangeable. HFC's leave a gasoline smell coming out of the back of your car from what I've heard. I went with HFC's as they yield great results without the smell consequence.

Test pipes is basically replacing the stock cats with hollow pipes rather than cats

Pro's:
- A little more HP due to even less restrictive flow
- Cheaper in price since theyre less complex to manufacture

Con's:
- Louder than HFC's and might introduce rasp (FI has a resonated version.. no personal experience with that though)
- They wont pass smog tests so you're going to have to find a way around that

id rather spend the $ for HFC's since im not looking for a loud sound, and the gas and smog violations dont seem worth it with the test pipes
