Not sure this is quite true. My dealer told me today that Infiniti (Nissan) has frozen shipments of 2009 models because the car market crashed this month and there are way too many 2008's still in inventory. This is also the reason that the Infiniti web site doesn't show the 2009 models (except for the teaser of the 2009 G37 convertible).

What they claim is that the orders that were placed by dealers last month have not been frozen, and, at least in my case, are to arrive the last week of October. But for any new orders for 2009's the shipments have been frozen.

Would love to hear when *anyone* gets their 2009s.
