when ever a new infiniti comes out, it's tradition to bash the tail lights right out of the blue.

never bashed the g37...always thought the tail lights were one of the more aggressive design aspects of the coupe.

edit: honestly, the only convertible i could see myself in would be an m3. i'm sure i'd feel like a fruit riding in the drop top g. not that there's anything wrong with that.

I like it. Losing the roof does hurt the nice G37 lines, but I don't see how you can have a convertible without losing the roof

It does look like a Solara with the top down, but I don't see how you can avoid that. The basic body is similar.

? What? It doesn't look like a Solara except that it has no top and there are two doors.

The Solara has an economy car short FWD front-end, whereas the G has a long RWD nose. The Solara has huge overhangs, particularly in the front, whereas the G has almost BMW-short overhangs.

That comparison is totally bogus.
