You can't, I got confirmation from my dealership. My sales manager even gave me as reasoning that since most of the G sales were Sport, Infiniti wanted to get rid and increase its non S model. It's total BS on Infiniti's part if you ask me, the sedan is getting it so why not the coupe? Its like they want to leave it for the 2010 model year cause they can't bring a new model without a change and couldn't come up with a better idea...
Probably has something to do with the AWD system. I imagine it would be difficult to put big brakes and 19" wheels on an AWD car and expect the AWD system to function properly.

The G-coupe with AWD and 6MT with sport might get too heavy for the car. I was also wondering if there would be a convertible version with AWD - now that would be a hog!
Well that sucks, and paddle shifters don't come without the sport, right? Cause that was the one thing laying me over on the G37x over the Audi A5.
Without the paddle shifters, the drive really isn't that much sporties, .6 seconds faster, but the A5 has the faster shift in an auto while using manual mode.

The car will still have manual mode, just not the steering wheel mounted paddle shifters.
