Anyone had G37 Theft Problems?

Has anyone here had theft problems with their G37? Stolen personal items(ipod, sunglasses, etc.), stolen rims, headlights, airbag, navigation, tires, or even the whole damn car lol. The reason I ask is cause my cousin jonathan had his whole headlight housing ripped out and stolen from his G37 in the middle of the night yesterday. They actually managed to get the hood popped up. I'm going to post some pics when I can. They were in a hurry so they just cut the wiring.

I mean yeah they stole the headlights but the bad part was that they were in such a hurry they just clipped the wiring off the back. Watch whoever they are out there they will get caught someday when they least expect it.

Popped the hood without the alarm going off? That's UNpossible!

don't know how they did it but they got their way. The police told us that other people filed reports about stolen headlights from I35's. Don't they make hood locks? I thought I saw something about that before.

i hope this won't be a trend. my 03 maxima was notorius for stolen headlights. some people had them stolen 4 or 5 times. there was actually a lawsuit against Nissan for failing to properly secure the headlights in their design.

Been noticing a lot over at g35nyc that a lot of sport rims has been getting stolen. I notice that you are from Queens, NY and it looks like there is nowhere safe to park your car in NYC.
A guy who was clubbing in Manhattan had his car broken into recently.

my dad, cousins, and uncles all had their car broken into in the bronx at the same place under the subway 168 st on jerome. there is no safe place to park in nyc besides in your locked garage or a police parking lot.

not only do these kind of things get me pissed off but one thing I can't stand here in NYC is when you park your car on a busy street and people lean and sit on it as if it belongs to them

That's whats alarm sensors are for.. if someone touches, shakes your car the alarm goes off... this gets the annoying people leaning on your car to stay away from it. I think viper alarm system has this feature... which I will be installing as soon as I learn how to drive my 6MT!

has anyone ever came outside from being in a store or someplace and find someone leaning on your car?
