Whats it take to get the airbags to deploy!

Did you press "ok"??? Our safety system and our Navi is operated on a Windows based operating system. B4 the "airbags" deploy, a pop up message shows up on the navi screen.. Which says "Do you want the air bags to deploy?" when it detects that you are in an accident. When you press "yes", the screen than asks, "are you sure"... Then, and only then, will the airbags deploy.

i hit a dog on the freeway going 70 mph and my airbags deployed.. i wish they didn't. theres minor bumper damage and a cracked front grill. its gona cost me about 5grand.

You would be hard pressed to get a definite answer the conditions in which the airbags will or will not deploy due to liability issues. NNA is not looking to have a major lawsuit against them.
