I am going to file a dimished value claim because they are going to have to re-paint so much of the car. Basically, I am going to argue with the insurance company and try to get $$$ from them due to the extent of the damage on my car. The $$$ that I get would offset the "hit" (no pun intended) that I take when I go to trade it in or sell it privately.

I did it once before, its A LOT of work and arguing back and forth, but in the end, if I win, its definately worth it. Not many people know this is even an option.
OH thats pretty sick gotta keep that in my head just in case

Damn, that's gonna leave a mark.

No offense to old people but 90% of the time I see a PT cruiser it is some geriatric hunched up behind the wheel squinting through their bifocals.

Wow, sorry to hear what happened. Hope it turns out ok.

Most of the time when I see PT cruisers on the road, the drivers are usually aggressive and speeding, however safe/unsafe they might be......

It arrived at the body shop today and when it got there, the shop owner said "eww". Sounds like it is going to be awhile before I get it back, especially when I told them that it needs an AFS headlight.

Stupid PT's!
