I agree. You can still use your nav, however, the functions are limited. IMO, the voice recognition feature is horrible. I got my car in Oct and I think the last time I used it was in Dec.
Also, you cannot manually (unless programmed) dial phone numbers while the car is moving and it will only allow you to scroll around 10 programmed phone numbers. You do not have access to your entire phone book. I could be wrong, however, my full phone book returns when the car is at a complete stop.

In the end, I think it takes about as many steps to perform a voice command as it does to perform it manually. The nav interface is quick and user friendly.
Yeah, how do I find the nearest "Chili's" while driving? AFAIK it will only show me the top 5 nearest "restaurants" and I have to hope one of those 5 is what I want else I get to come to a complete stop........ LAME. The whole POI-based navigation functionality is about 20% usable thanks to the moving-vehicle-lockouts. BTW the musicbox is ALSO horribly crippled due to this.
If I could change one thing about the car it would be to remove the moving vehicle lock-outs. WTF is nissan thinking?

I also hate that you have to use the AC with the defrost or with the recirculating feature. That's just stupid.
In addition when you have the defrost on you have to use the fresh air mode. Sometimes I want to close off the vents because someone else's car stinks. but I can't while still using my defrost.

HEADROOM - main problem - making me want to trade it in for the new FX as soon as it gets here.
Stretched tires - already curbed the wheels a couple times, lol.
Driver's mat keeps coming off because the tab has no hook endpiece.
Non-LED bulbs for the license plate area - unlike the IS.

Options deleted when car is in motion - grayed-out areas for nav selection, etc.
