i don't know where this guy got his numbers, but a comparably equipped IS350 was about 51 to 52K when i bought my G for 43K.
i love the IS for what it is:
Pros:
Looks great
Comfy interior
Great power
COOLED EFFING SEATS
Cons:
Price
HANDLES LIKE A BOAT
so i'll just say that the IS350 wouldn't have much use carving up the canyons due to it's nasty body roll.

I was looking in to the IS before I bought my G, once I pulled out of the dealership for a testdrive, I spotted a grandma driving the EXACT same car as a test drive, I turned the car off and walked over to Infiniti.

Body roll nothing some coilies and bars wont fix =]
BUt the cars down sides were interior tiny, Im not that big 220lbs 6ft and i felt clusta****ed in it.
