I'm thinking about getting a G37. It's an awsome car and a great value for the money.

However, I'm a little confused about the options available. Looking at the Infiniti web site it looks like the base model is available only as an automatic? Is that right? If so, do I need to get a Journey model in order to have a manual transmission?

Also, is there any documentation that is required for the conquest rebate, such as a letter or email, or is it simply a dealer participation thing?

 

You would need the Sport model for the 6MT. The base and Journey are both 5AT.

Nope. The manual is a six speed. The auto is a 5 speed.
