Funny little story
I thought that I would share this short little story. So yesterday, my roommate came home with a brand new 335i coupe (white, red leather, fully loaded). A few of us go out to check out his new ride. Very beautiful car but not so sure I like in that color combo. Anyways, so 2 hours later, our neighbor comes over and he tells us he just got a new car. We walk out and see a black G37s! haha... He got so much attention on the G from even random people in the parking lot and street! Way more than the than the 335 got! Both nice cars but I cant wait to get my G37s in march.... mmmm....
It sounds like I'd like his 335. That's the exact color combo I'd go for, in that car.
Congrats to him for picking a car he likes, and your neighbor for getting one he likes

This story speaks the truth, a G is definitely more distinguished...Companies like BMW & Mercedes have sooo many similar lookin models out there and variations of numeric alphanumeric model numbers that are more difficult to keep track of - so if you think about it 3/5 of the quick glances a 335 attracts will be just a brief blur in your memory as "just another 3-series" and not that distinguished from a 328xi, 329xil, 330xxx, 332xjxjx, 338xp, 335, etc. lol. You get what I'm sayn though. If you want to get the same number of looks on a Bimmer that you would a G-Coupe you would have to spend closer to 100k. Let's face it a Bimmer looks Bimmer - but there's so many 3-series Bimmers that look alike that even the Bimmer look is becoming plain. Holla.

Yeah - I forgot to mention the exception - the M-Series.....The E46 M3 is my favorite the Double Vanos 333HP one.....in black or blue...or even white....what a beauty....but even a fully decked out M3 is gonna run you a good 10-15 grand more than our well equipped G Coupes....the new 335i falls short of that M legacy in my opinion it's an "almost" car....ALMOST an m3 but doesnt get the cigar. The G-Coupe is fine the way it is and not almost anything else. The new E90s are still takin a bit to grow on me but it is pretty sweet!
