I was just wondering, who in here has a vanity plate on their G or thinking about getting one?

Depends on what you want or your needs. Where I live, vanity plates run C$300. That could be an intake or sways. We also have the quasi-vanity plates (ie picture of Toronto Blue Jays, Maple Leafs, Raptors, Canadian flag, etc) but only C$75. I have one with the picture ... no way I could justify spelling something for C$300.

That's my opinion on it. If you decide upon vanity plates, don't do something tacky ... it's an Infiniti you're driving, not a Neon...

Vanity plates arn't that expensive in Nevada. I had them on the car I traded in so I will be transferring them to my G37.
Kinda cheesy but I am a big Denver Broncos fan so my plates say "BRNCOFN"
Not "Brown Coffin" it says "Bronco Fan"!!!

I like the anonymity through not having vanity plates. Just me.

I've had vanity plates for about 35 years, in 4 states. It's my last name, my wife hates it. She thinks it's inviting trouble. But after all this time, I'm not planning to change. BTW, she has vanity plates too. They reference a bible verse. My truck has regular plates.

Just me but i find them tacky. Most of the people i see with them are old or drive Shi%%y cars. Plus I don't need the cops to be doing a double take of my ride. JMO

Agreed. I think the G37 garners enough attention on its own. Getting a vanity plate makes it look like you are trying too hard IMO. I remember seeing a Ford Probe GT the other day with a plate that read NVMYGT. I just shook my head and laughted.

I have had "personalized", not vanity plates on every car I've owned. hehe I took my plates of my 04 coupe when I sold it. [B]So of course, I will put them on my G37. They read: G-LISHS

BTW, it's only $40 extra in Texas....another plus.

So honk if you see me in Houston!

I had considered when I get my OB G37 putting the tint covers on the taillights and headlights and black rims and a plate that says "VADER".

But then, thinking about the cop and anominity factor, I decided against it.
