I checked out the infiniti site to see if I can build my car but they havent updated there site. I mean they already have a commercial it seems we should be able to build our car. Do anyone know when they will update there site?

i expected the same.. checked late last night then first thing this morning. I expected infiniti to roll a big release today.. home page splash.. new build wizard etc. I live in a world where companies like apple build momentum.. and infiniti has been doing that with the aug16th launch, billboards etc.. but seems to have come up short today.. at least in my book.

now.. the kicker is that i dont need the wizard as my car should be here in a few days..

This stinks....No one but a canadian has received their car and today is the RELEASE DATE. What the crap. Who cares about a stupid earthquake. I want me car already.

 

I pissed to I went to my dealer today to see if they got their first shipment of G's no luck. They said they should be getting by tomorrow. Infiniti should of said release date august 22 if it even comes in tomorrow. I guess Canadians got theirs first. Did anyone in the states get theirs yet?

 

Did anyone go into a dealership today and see if they actually had real brochures even out yet?

 

I was at the dealer Tuesday morning and asked that very question. Unfortunately no, they haven't received any brochures yet. I was told they would receive cars before the brochures arrive. Go figure!

 

I'm sure the Infiniti site will have it any time now

 

I'm surprised the 2008 G37 coupe isn't already up and the G35 coupe gone from the Infiniti website. I guess Infiniti is just taking their time, hehe.

 

i dont quite understand it either.. it's not like infiniti marketing has been in the dark about the release of this car! I dont believe these brochures quote prices so it's not about that.

 

when i went to the unveiling event last week, the hostess asked if i'd like a brochure mailed to my house. of course i accepted, but i thought to myself, you'd think they'd want to have those on hand to give to the attendees. oh well.

 

So August 21 has come and gone without much fanfare. So much for nailing a date into the sand...

 

Have they started delivering the car yet. I went to the Infiniti site this morning still havent posted up the new G37. Whats the deal with all the waiting. Its been two days already. Maybe it has to do with the earthquake.
