Forbes seems to always have good things to say about the Infiniti G. Not to take anything away from the recognition. Good job, Infiniti.

Sweet, great find. That's some great recognition for Infiniti.

Damn I wish the Maserati Gran Turismo was released as a baby Ferrari. Some of the Maseratis are really eye catching - Above mentioned GT, Birdcage Concept, MC12..... I also wished the new Alpha coupe was released as a Dino Ferrari, it certainly has the killer looks.

Speaking of Audi, the VW group in the past few years have truly earned my respect as an automobile group. Seems like they are taking some giant strives forward to once again prove they are serious about success. If the Audi R8 is any indication of things to come, Audi might just have what it takes to challenge it German siblings.

Saw my 2nd 2008 TT yesterday. That thing looks goooooood. Audi is slowly but surely gaining more respect here in the U.S. Question is, who is gaining respect quicker, Audi or Infiniti? You can feel Infiniti's rise, there is no questions about it. Audi is on tear, though.

Audi is doing a great job but they are really behind in their engine power dept. For the same money $35-$45k, 250 horsepower doesn't cut it anymore. They need to up their game.

Material quality and design of their interiors is way oabove and beyond everyone else. A A4 2.0T convertible was parked near me the other day. The interior was absolutely beautiful and finished off nicely with this strip of light wood. If these cars had more oomph to back them up, I'd buy one.

I saw the R8 at the Chicago Auto Show and it was a sweet looking ride. If I was in that category, tho I would have to go to a used Gallardo. Just more exotic I guess and still easy enough to care for among the exotic rides available today.

Audi isn't bad at all considering it's a VW with an inflated sticker price.
Problem is reliability track record and although the engineering and handling is superb with these cars, reliability and resale value remain a question.

Infiniti arguably makes better quality cars with superior performance at similar or lower price. German cars need to be more competitive in pricing and reliability if they want to keep up with the Japanese high-end cars IMO.
