Chrome Spoiler
The top pic is from NYIAS, they told us at the show that this was a pre-production built by hand model car, and so no one could even sit in it. I wonder if that has anything at all to do with it.
To me, it looks like the same model, but slightly differently pronounced - this could just be the angles and lighting playing photo tricks, but if it is different it may simply be that it was PProduction and rushed into the show vs. these new models that are from a later production date.
Either way, what is nice is that the car will come with it and then you can add the spolier option, so for those on the fence about it, you can have your cack and eat it too. I like the deeper body color look of the non chrome - just like the stillen photos, red on red, now when can we test drive this 335 beater?
By the way, did anyone notice this? I have seen preliminary price info on this web site below, normally pretty good for accuracy in general, but its soo early that I wonder if this is just pure speculation on their part, or they know something we don't?

The link is to another web site with the same pricing info, so maybe they got it from NCTD, but I have never used that site so I am not sure how good this data is, BUT if its true.......

lol... resurrecting year old threads out of frustration are we?? I was just reading the thread on chrome spoilers over at fresh alloy... I think I prefer the subtle chrome lip over the more pronounced color-matched spoiler. Gives the rear a more elegant look imo. The only option I might consider is painting it black to match the black wheels I plan on getting... on either IP or PG, I think it would provide just the amount of distinction I would want.
not sure what's more sad ... older guys picking on the younger kids for driving a $45K car - or veteran forum members picking on new forum members for reviving an old (and very short) thread that might be of interest to newer forum members
