I don't doubt it. My dealer told me this about 9 months ago.

Oh there will be a hard top convertible for sure. BMW is going to take away so much business if they dont and with this bloated girly looking G37 they probably will anyways.

^^ +1. I heard from an Infiniti executive that they purposely didn't make a G35 convertible because it was way too masculine for a convertible version. They waited until they made the G37 (which is sooo girly) to introduce the drop top.
