Cracked dashboard class action suit

There isn't any current class action's against Nissan for the dash. The only one I was able to find was the one a few years back that was only for Altima owners and only Florida residents.
The two stipulations were

- You must have purchased or leased your new or used 2008 or 2009 Nissan Altima on or before April 1, 2017

There was a lot of "huffing and puffing" by this, that, and the other "law firms" trying to gain interest in filing a class action lawsuit against Infiniti (Nissan). That hot air died faster than the Edsel.
These cars are nearing 10 years of age (some older) so the hope that Infiniti will do anything about it is zero.

Just replace it yourself. I did it on mine. It was sitting in Florida its whole life looked terrible. I bought a new dash off a wrecked g coupe for 150$ at a junk yard.
Allow yourself like 5-6 hours and get it done. It is very doable and easier then it looks. The most time consuming part was disassembling the gauge cluster/steering wheel area
