Need help with convertible g37
09 convertible , couple month ago the system detected the roof was not closed even when it looked completed closed, turn it off and on many times, the warning was still there,
so I took it to the infiniti dealer, the ran the check and found the hydraulic system in the car went wrong needed to be replaced and quoted me for a crazy price. (over 20k with original parts)
I brought my car to a mechanic who fix convertible cars which I found on yelp , but didn't seem like he could solve the problem.
I live in NY, and there was a big junk car dealership in NJ ,they do have a 10 convertible which I can use the parts on that car.
does anyone have any experience or know anyone who can actually fix the problem in my area (NY NJ)?
