Will a g37 couple/ conv S front bumper fit a 2010 g37 base front number? Will it have the hook up for the fog lights or will they be just for looks at that point lol

 

I don't think you are giving us enough information here.
What year is the source bumper? What model specifically?
What model is the target car - coupe / sedan? Sedans are completely different so definitely won't work.
If you currently don't have fog lights, my understanding is that the wiring isn't there for it if you decide to replace the bumper.
