Does anyone know if the 74588-JJ50A Spare Tire Clamp bolts come with the part when ordered from Infinity Parts?

If not, what size are required to fasten the clamp to the trunk bed holes?

Also, where does one acquire the spinner required to hold the spare in place against this clamp?

P.S. My 2010 G37 Sport Vert was devoid of the spare and all tools required to change the spare. Piecing together the contents and these small details are killing me....

 

any thoughts on the spinner for the hold down clamp?
