Ouch! I wouldn't say I wish I haven't bought one, but it's most definitely not as useful as some might think. $450 though.. that's rough. Hope you like it though! It work great as a sun shade for the back seat.

I do think the windscreen helps a bit with noise and wind. Not a lot though. Is it worth the money? I doubt it. It may help keep items stored in the back seat from flying out at highway speeds.

Never thought of it like that, it's like the decklid to your "top down trunk"?

Lol! Most definitely.
I was debating on ripping the back seat out and making a trunk-like area back there so I can either carry luggage or a fat dog. It's pretty useless for carrying people around anyway.

Speaking of a dog in the back seat. Here's ours. He seems to like the top down cruising. Of course when he's with us there is no wind screen.

Haven't tried the back seat with ours yet, but here is a shot of her in the front. Definitely a fan. haha
I'm so paranoid she's going to scratch something, I cover the whole area with sheets / blankets.
